The Director of Chapter Development will provide visionary, creative, and energetic leadership focused on supporting the growth and development of the Area Coordinators, Province Directors, collegiate chapters, alumnae chapters and clubs, and house associations in her area. By collaborating closely with the Director of Fraternity Services and with other VST members and encouraging team approaches, the Director of Chapter Development facilitates forward thinking and proactive strategies and plans for improvement. She provides timely and consistent updates to the International Vice President-Alumnae and the International Vice President-Collegians.

- Area Coordinator
The Area Coordinator will provide visionary, creative, and energetic leadership focused on supporting the growth and development of the province directors, collegiate chapters, alumnae chapters and clubs, and house associations in her area. By collaborating with other VST members and encouraging team approaches, the Area Coordinator facilitates forward thinking and proactive strategies and plans for improvement. She provides timely and consistent updates to the Directors of Chapter Development.

- Province Director
The Province Director is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for the overall growth and development of the collegiate chapters, alumnae clubs and chapters, and house associations in her province. The Province Director is the team member that holds the collective view of the specific province community and as the primary liaison to the Fraternity for the officers and leaders of the province, she is also responsible for reaching out to other VST members and for convening team approaches to assisting chapters and clubs with issues. In collaboration with VST members, she provides oversight in all areas—including, but not limited to operations, finance, recruitment, member development, alumnae engagement and housing. She coordinates the development and execution of strategies and plans for improvement. She provides guidance, inspiration, and encouragement. She provides timely and consistent updates to the Area Coordinator.
