Alpha Gamma Delta

Local Volunteers

DRR_5642.JPGMany Alpha Gams volunteer at the local level as collegiate chapter advisors or alumnae group officers. Their dedication for Alpha Gamma Delta helps not only to lead collegiate membership but also to grow alumnae membership and inspire other Alpha Gams to get involved.

If you are interested in serving a local collegiate chapter as an advisor or volunteering as an alumnae group officer, please contact us at

Volunteer for the SWATT Program!

Are you a busy sister who is interested in volunteering for short-term projects for the Fraternity, but not quite sure how? Join the SWATT program! SWATT, or Sisters With Available Time and Talent, is a group of Alpha Gamma Delta alumnae who volunteer their professional and practical skills for the Fraternity. Examples of SWATT-related jobs include:
  • Lost sister search
  • Web/graphic design
  • Resume building/interviewing
  • Alumnae marketing/meeting planning
  • Public speaking
  • Healthy living/fitness programs

The SWATT program doesn't take a lot of time, because it is project-based and short-term. How can you donate your time and talents to the Fraternity? Email Jennifer Marshall Ross, Alumnae Development Specialist, at if you are interested in being a SWATT volunteer.
