FRATERNITY MANAGING DIRECTOR
The Fraternity's Managing Director is broadly charged with directing the "people who work with the people." S/he facilitates communication across the Leadership Consultant Program, Fraternity Development Team, Fraternity Growth Team and Fraternity Services Team, and up to the Executive Director and International Council.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER

HARM PREVENTION SPECIALIST
The Harm Prevention Team works to ensure that Alpha Gamma Delta chapters provide an experience where health and dignity are at the center of the experience, and to respond to and remediate situations in which that is not the case.

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Accounting Specialist supports the Accounting Manager and the Accounting, Property Management and Operations teams by building capacity and participating in key organizational functions. As the primary support to the Accounting function, your success will be defined by your ability to proactively anticipate needs, create method amidst madness (or organize chaos) and build collaborative and productive relationships with staff, volunteers and other stakeholders.

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
The Human Resources Coordinator ensures compliance with all applicable employment regulations and effectively manages employee relations requirements. Working closely with an outside ASO partner, you are the HR person in our office. This includes assisting with hiring, orientation, onboarding, performance management, training and development, as well as employees' exit and all responsibilities therein.
