Spot a Squirrel
The Quarterly staff is excited to introduce the Spot a Squirrel section, as the squirrel is a popular icon that is synonymous with Alpha Gamma Delta. Visiting a restaurant and see a squirrel figurine? Take a photo! On vacation and spot a squirrel stuffed animal? Take a photo! Make sure the photograph is high resolution and only contains Alpha Gam sisters. Review the Photo Specifications section to learn more about photo quality. You can email your Spot a Squirrel photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you know a sister who has gone above and beyond in her duties to Alpha Gamma Delta? Nominate her for Sister Spotlight! In each issue of the Quarterly, one outstanding Alpha Gam will be honored for her exceptional service. Complete the form online.
Alumnae Quarterly Recap Form
Our alumnae chapters and clubs are doing great things across the continent and this new section of the Quarterly is designed to feature their activities and accomplishments! Complete the form and send a high resolution photograph to email@example.com. Review the Photo Specifications section to learn more about photo quality.
Collegiate Chapter Reports
This updated report no longer requires the Publications Coordinator to write two paragraphs based on lines of the Purpose. For this updated report, please submit up to three high resolution photos with captions for possible inclusion in the Quarterly. Select photos that highlight your chapter activities from the past semester, such as philanthropy events, sisterhood events, sisterhood retreats, Bid Day, community service participation, etc. You must also submit a caption for each photo. Captions do not need to include the names of sisters pictured but should describe what is going on in the photo.
A high resolution photo is generally around 1 MB in size and is the original file from the digital camera it was taken on. Photos taken from the internet or Facebook are NOT high resolution and will not be featured in the magazine.
