Director of Chapter Management
The Director of Chapter Management is responsible for the overall well-being and success of the collegiate chapters, alumnae chapters and clubs, and house associations within the areas assigned to her. She directs and assists Area Coordinators and Province Directors in their managerial oversight of these entities and in the development and execution of strategies and plans for improvement. She provides timely and consistent updates to the International Vice President-Alumnae and the International Vice President-Collegians.

She directs and assists Province Directors in their managerial oversight of these entities and in the development and execution of strategies and plans for improvement. The Province Director is the day-to-day manager for the overall well-being and success of the collegiate chapters, alumnae clubs and chapters, and house associations in her province. She provides managerial oversight in all areasincluding, but not limited to operations, finance, recruitment, member development, and housing. She coordinates the development and execution of strategies and plans for improvement. She provides guidance, inspiration, and encouragement and ensures that education and training are provided to the collegiate chapters, alumnae chapters/clubs and house associations within the province through personal contact and correspondence. The Province Director is the primary liaison to the Fraternity for the officers and leaders of the Alpha Gamma Delta communities in the province.
