Question: What interested you in the Leadership Consultant program?
Andrea's Answer: My chapter's Leadership Consultant during recruitment really inspired me. I loved that she was able
to support our individual chapter members and help us develop our entire Panhellenic system. I wanted the
opportunity support my sisters around the world in the same way.
Question: What do you hope to accomplish as a Leadership Consultant?
Andrea's Answer: I hope to help chapters and their members achieve their goals, understand everything Alpha Gam has to
offer and have fun!
Question: What is your favorite Alpha Gam memory?
Andrea's Answer: My new member sleepover brought me so much closer to the sisters in my new member
class and was when I realized how much Alpha Gamma Delta was going to teach me. I remember learning about all of my sisters, who they are, where they come from and what they have overcome. Knowing my sisters in such a way has helped me to more deeply consider and respect the perspectives of others.
